Setting Up a Build Environment

Dependencies for AbiWord 2.5.x/2.6.x:

•

Building libxml2 on Windows

•

Building libwv on Windows

•

Building linkgrammar on Windows

•

Building gtkmathview on Windows

•

Building psiconv on Windows

•

Adding ASIO and Boost to MinGW

These will be filled in gradually, and will start a bit skeletal. When in doubt, you can use a copy of your build environment for AbiWord (see Windows Build Instructions) to build these as well, if I don't specifically list how to produce a proper environment.
