Thanks for the instructions! I am running dropbear as the ssh server on the N800, and the file to create in /home/user/.ssh is called 'authorized_keys'. Can you put that in your instructions so others who installed dropbear will see it? Thanks

Cheap but good restaurants? Hmm. Try Chez Sovan (Cambodian). The food's great. I'm told the roof leaks when it rains, but that won't happen at this time of year.

Quirky local attractions? Hmm...maybe the Winchester Mystery House. It's fun to see. Touristy, though, and maybe too pricey ($24).

Downtown San Jose has the Tech Museum and the San Jose Museum of Art. I don't recall exact admission, but it's not bad (single digit).

If you've got some extra time, I'd definitely recommend heading up to San Francisco. You can drive up there or take the VTA Light Rail then transfer to Caltrain. Hmm...I don't even remotely know what all there is to do there, but definitely restaurants (some cheap, some not), shows (mostly not cheap, I think), and various events happening every weekend...check a calendar. Tourist spots I'd recommend: museums (art (MoMA), science (the Exploratorium would be a wonderful place to take kids), etc), of course the Golden Gate Bridge (free). The Japanese Tea Gardens (cheap, IIRC) right by it. Chinatown. And just walking around the city.

With a car, you can go further north to see Napa Valley. Lots of vineyards. Many are actually quite reasonably priced (Rutherford Hill's combined tour and tasting is $15). They're trying to get you to buy really expensive wine, but you can just say "haha! I'm broke!"

Hi, I found your site via a search on psiconv, as I want to use abiword to read / write psion word files. I have posted a bug report to abisource http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=11085.

Basically I get an error trying to read a psion word file after abiword has opened, edited and saved it. It looks like there is a file size limit (~18k ?) beyond which the new file cannot be read again. This is the same problem I came across in abiword two years ago! I also posted a bug report then but nothing appears to have changed. :(

Anyway - have you ever used abiword to read / write psion word files?

I would really like to solve this problem - can you help?

I'll see if I've still got my windows vm and take a look at it tomorrow. The dialog stuff should "just work" with the right resource ids. Are you debugging via Visual Studio? If not, any idea if the solutions are relatively up-to-date?
